Q.COM PowerSchool is having difficulty sending automatic progress report emails to parents with a new q.com email address. I have been corresponding with PS support and they tell me the problem is being worked on, but I have no timeline for when it should be solved.

Please be sure that emergency contact information for your student is up-to-date at his/her school. We hope, of course, to never have to use this info, but if it is necessary we want to have accurate and current data. Simply send a note to your student's school secretary with one or more names and phone numbers of people she can call if your child becomes ill, gets hurt, etc. and she is unable to reach you.
